This policy explains what information BeVyne (“we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only, not to any service BeVyne may provide to an institution under a separate agreement.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a walkthrough, the form asks for your name, work email, institution, title, and institution type, and anything you choose to tell us about what to cover.
Information collected automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical information when pages are requested: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use these server logs only to operate and secure the site.
Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, a feature of our hosting provider, to count page views in aggregate. For each page view it records the page, the referring site, an approximate location (country, region, and city), and the browser, operating system, and device type. It tells visits apart with a hash of the incoming request, which is discarded after 24 hours, and it does not use cookies or store anything in your browser. We see aggregate statistics only, not individual visitors.
What we do not collect. This website does not use cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking. Apart from the analytics script our hosting provider serves from this domain, it loads no fonts or scripts from other companies. Please do not send us any information about your institution’s customers.
How we use it
- To respond to your request, and to schedule and hold the walkthrough.
- To follow up with you about BeVyne.
- To operate, maintain, and protect this website, and to understand in aggregate how it is used.
- To comply with the law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this website, and only as needed for that purpose.
- Form delivery. Requests submitted through the form are processed by Web3Forms, which delivers them to us by email.
- Hosting and analytics. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes the server logs and the website analytics described above.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, financing, or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.
How long we keep it
We keep walkthrough requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and then delete them unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and operations. Website analytics are kept only as aggregate statistics; the request hash behind them is discarded after 24 hours.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you sent us, or to stop following up with you. Send the request through the form on our Contact page and mention that it is a privacy request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as that law requires.
Do Not Track
This website does not track visitors across other sites, and its analytics do not follow a visit beyond 24 hours. The site does not change its behavior in response to a Do Not Track signal; it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends one.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information you send us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for professionals at financial institutions. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Where information is processed
We and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries where those providers operate.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
