Settlement infrastructure for community institutions.
BeVyne exists because community banks and credit unions need access to modern settlement without becoming digital-asset infrastructure companies themselves.
What BeVyne is
-
Built for
Community banks and credit unions that want to modernize how money moves without giving up control of the customer, the transaction, or the principal.
-
Built as
A rail you use, not a network you join. One API beside your core; no new core, no membership, no crypto team.
-
Built with
Compliance in the payment path. Every gate fails closed, and your institution stays the financial institution of record.

Garrison English
Chief Compliance & Legal Officer

Garrison leads BeVyne's regulatory architecture: its licensing posture, its alignment with the GENIUS Act framework for permitted payment stablecoins, and the design of its sanctions screening and audit controls. The control design he owns keeps each institution in charge. The bank or its qualified custodian signs every movement of principal, and the institution remains the financial institution of record. Every payment must clear sanctions screening, Travel Rule checks, and limits before anything moves. He founded three AI-native law firms, Legacy First Law, Amicus Lex, and Thaler IP Law, where he works under strict client-fund rules that keep trust and operating accounts separate. He is also co-founder, Chief Legal Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer of Peregrine. Garrison holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences, a J.D., and an M.B.A., all from the University of Mississippi. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, Iowa, and North Dakota.
