BeVyne is a technology provider. It is not a bank or credit union, does not accept deposits, and does not issue stablecoins.
BeVyne is designed to support a no-custody operating model, in which a bank or its qualified custodian signs every movement of principal and BeVyne’s own key can pay network fees only. This describes the architecture; it is not a legal conclusion about how any law applies to it.
BeVyne has not yet processed live settlement. This website describes the system as designed, and as built and tested against simulated networks.
