What we state to your examiner

  1. Principal control

    Your institution or its custodian holds the keys that move value. BeVyne's key pays network fees; control tests verify it cannot move principal.

  2. What stops a payment

    Sanctions screening, Travel Rule recordkeeping, and your own limits clear before your institution signs. A gate that errors blocks the payment. Nothing is waved through.

  3. Credit after finality

    The receiving side is credited only after recorded finality on the network the payment settled on. Never before.

  4. No funds held, no float

    BeVyne never holds, pools, or converts funds. The fiat edge stays between your institution and the asset's issuer.

  5. Retries and breaks

    A retried request cannot execute twice. A reconciliation discrepancy freezes outbound payments until an operator resolves it on the record.

  6. If BeVyne is unavailable

    Your balance sits in your wallet, under your key. Nothing of yours is in ours.

  7. After go-live

    Signed event notifications on every terminal event, and an audit trail written at every decision the rail makes.

    The principal key path, and where the fiat edge sits.

  5. Reconciliation policy

    Idempotency behavior and the freeze condition.

  6. Event and audit record

    The signed notification specification and the audit trail behind every payment.

  7. Claims verification record

    Every factual claim on this site, checked against a primary source or the rail's own code before it ships.

  8. Status

    Pre-pilot. The sender-side rail is built and tested against simulated networks; live settlement stays disabled until the remaining safety gates ship.
